After surfing the whole forum and reading about the deny to block a stolen unit I finally came to this good discussion.

My mavic pro has just been stolen and I want to put it's serial to the black list as it's happened in the quoted case.

Who do I have to contact?

Hi,
just contact the local support in your country by mail, contact can be found on the regional website of DJI.
Normally you get a reply in a few hours....
(that at least just my experience in germany, which have a quite good an very fast support team)

That dynamic is between the "seller" and "buyer"...

It has been over 48hrs ago, he sold it ten times over by now. Thanks for nothing as usual with DJI support.
