Inspire 2 batteries have been charged only 3 times and I'm getting a "battery error.":  I've discharged batteries completlty, charged again, but same error. I updated the FW on drone with these 2 batterires and still error. Yes I ordered new battreries, but I'd like to get these two working. They are out of warrenty. It sure seems like a SW issue but not really sure. How to fix these in a cost efficient way?

What is the deep cycle? How can we perform it? Is it on the DJI iOS Go4 app?

Just let the batteries go down to 8% and recharge to give them a chance.
If they are inside warranty period I wouldn´t bother. Go to your DJI dealer and get them replaced.
