Hi guys ,

I bought the cable form the link below which is a 2m length cable USB-C to USB 90 Degrees.
When I'm connecting to its USB side a USB to Usb-C convertor and connect its both size, one to the Osmo Pocket and the other to my USB-C phone connector, I cannot see a live image using the DJI application.
The phone is recognized as PC/Tablet and I'm geting on its screen the question regarding connecting the OP as an external storage device.

How it is possible to get a live image on my phone by using a such cable?

Thanks in advance,
DJD

Possibly, rather than simply being an extension, it has some circuitry that may be interfering with the app. I have had problems with some hubs due to their "smart" curcuitry.

I’m using this :

Ive 2 different lengths depending on the setup.

Agree, some of these cables will not pass through the video properly so it can be hit or miss.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. We highly recommend using a compatible accessory for your Osmo Pocket. Just a friendly reminder, Using such as 3rd party application may possibly result in an issue or problem for the Osmo Pocket. Thank you for your kind and understanding. Have a wonderful day!
