Hi all
First of all thanks for your advises, and apologize for my late feedback, was simply on vacation and had no possibility to try out things earlier.
In a nutshell the hints didn't help unfortunately.
Things I've tried so far:
- uninstalled and re-installed the DJI Go 4 app on my iPhone Xs --> same result, means after step 3, the button to connect remains grey and cannot be connected
- used an iPhone 6, downloaded DJI Go 4 --> same behavior
- also downloaded the app to my iPad --> again same result, no connection possible
- downloaded new version of DJI Assistent 2 for Mavic on my MacBook
- downgraded drone to v. 01.00.300 --> still same result, no connection
However please consider the RC is connected to the aircraft, but simply cannot connect to the app itself, no matter what device I am using, which means I could only using the RC to fly the drone but cannot use the camera on the app
Any further steps or advises would be appreciated.
I've the strong impression it comes down to be something wrong with the RC, also following this thread:
