Hi all

I am a brand new Mavic 2 Pro user and bought it together with the Fly More Bundle.
The first setup worked fine but since then I am not able to connect my iPhone Xs with the remote controller anymore, nor it's working with my MacBook.

The drone itself can be found with DJi Assitant 2 (for Mac), but the RC remains unfound. Tried with two different cables no success. Tried also with the USB port at the bottom as well as with the Micro USB port on the side.

Same applies by the way with my iPhone Xs and also another X, both USB ports (side and the one at the bottom) remain in a 'disconnected' status with the DJI App.

With my Mac and the DJI Assistant I was able to update to latest Firmware with the drone, but since I cannot connect the RC I assume there is a FW mismatch, even though the RC can connect to drone but while trying to connect all together with the app the app remains in the above mentioned 'disconnected' status.

Any help would be appreciated.

Uninstalled  DJI App and then reinstalled the app. Then link the remote to the drone. Hope it works out!

Hello and good day GiZmo112. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application on the said device to see if the issue will still persist. In addition are you able to use a different mobile device that is recommended for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro for us to isolate the issue. I will be posting the list of recommended mobile devices for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Please keep us posted on the said issue for us to be able to help you further. Thank you.

First of all thanks for your advises, and apologize for my late feedback, was simply on vacation and had no possibility to try out things earlier.

In a nutshell the hints didn't help unfortunately.

Things I've tried so far:

- uninstalled and re-installed the DJI Go 4 app on my iPhone Xs --> same result, means after step 3, the button to connect remains grey and cannot be connected
- used an iPhone 6, downloaded DJI Go 4 --> same behavior
- also downloaded the app to my iPad --> again same result, no connection possible

- downloaded new version of DJI Assistent 2 for Mavic on my MacBook
- downgraded drone to v. 01.00.300 --> still same result, no connection

However please consider the RC is connected to the aircraft, but simply cannot connect to the app itself, no matter what device I am using, which means I could only using the RC to fly the drone but cannot use the camera on the app

Any further steps or advises would be appreciated.
