Hello, new spark has pixelated video and photos out of focus?? Still in beginner mode with no camera changes. My phantom never had these problems?? Like the little guy but this video problem is bad. The SD card is C10 , no wind?

Are you getting the pictures or video from the phone or from the SD card in the spark. TIP: The phone has a dreadfully poor version of the images on the SD card.

All is well, when I checked the images on the SD card, they were perfect.

Good to see - the images from the phone are from the WiFi live feed - the same as you see in flight. The SD card files are not affected by the transmission and will be directly in line with the resolution, frame rate etc of the camera settings at the time of being taken.

its not a problem though are you looking the photos through the your phone? if so then that might be the problem

Glad to hear it was sorted, cached video is garbage
