hello to all .


i have the smart controller , the last update faill totaly , it's download no problem but do not install at all ?

pls if sombody have the same problem , need some help ?
sorry for my english !!
i have a lot a material of dji , even the crystalsky , never hade a small problem ! my mavic 2 crash the remot make me alot of problem my friends .

if an admin can help pls .

Did you use the new version of Assistant on your computer?  Try using a different usb port (connection).  Windows or Mac?   On the Smart Controller, open the Main Settings and change the timeout for the Display so that it stays on for 30 minutes.

Some people had to try 4 or 5 times.

After put again the smart controller to zero , then download again the assitance 2 from dji .

I just received a mail with the price , I can telling you im still in shock !!
from holland they ask for me 1,164 euro !! total lost ,
i have couple of drone from Dji since couple of big year , this is the first time I send a drone to repair ,.
the battery went down in a seconde to maybe nothing , 5 % the bird fall in a small river  not my fault ?! , I was sure that dji make more to save the client that never leave you end like I said for couple of year , im at shock of the price !!!!!!

pls pls help me .....
