Had an issue w/ "slow write speed".  I couldn't record for at least 30 seconds after recording for a while.. I have a UHS Class 1 too!

Is it a SanDisk?  I, and many others have noticed lately that SanDisk is getting sloppy and their products are going down hill.  They do however have a lifetime warranty.  I stopped using SanDisk and went to Samsung, which has been working amazing.  Currently using a "Samsung EVO Plus 64GB 100MB/s microSDXC Class 10 / UHS-I / V10"

95MB/s, seems like it just had a hiccup created by the "God" system or there is something wrong w/ the device and it's failing like old age/cancer.

I understand but this SD card actually works filming 4k30 Gopro footages.  I stopped using the Gopro much.  My 2 fastest cards are in the Gopro4 and Mavic 2 but I decided to use it on the Spark as it's only 1080p30 but having a slow write speed error is probably due to taking it out and putting it in over and over?  It would just suck to have a good scene in play and then it just craps out.

May be its a faulty card - get the one I recommended - never failed in any of my drones

taking it out and putting it back in repeatedly should never cause an issue with a GOOD SD Card.
Personally I Hate SanDisk, I have had too many fail, their speeds are never even close to what they advertise and their support sucks.
Your call though.  But, either way it sounds like you may have a failing card.  Or just a crap name brand.

I got a Sandisk 300MB UHS-2 for the A7 iii.  Sandisk was reliable but I had the card since the Gopro 3+ Black came out.

Till it does, the first time!
It is a memory card.
Once they'll fail, that is certain!
Unless you change them generally after  .... days of using and throw 'em away

I have 6 SanDisk 32Gb  in rotation (mostly).
They work, even with the Anafi, where I have 2 64GB extra.

Just one "gave up" lately.

But, that may be of interest for ANTDX316:
It started  with sometimes "no  SD Card" or write speed error.
In the beginning (in the field, not having a second one with me) a poping it out and in again worked always.
It is wear-out, methinks!
In the end I opted to use it in a "drawer" phone
Since it never failed on the pc, I think it is still usable!
But not reliable in a 10 minutes frame you can't, perhaps, don't recreate!

Does anyone know, if the SD Management is using always, if empty, the first bits first?
If so, which I expect, we always write there, on a flight, after deleting, formatting.

Taking in account, that Sandisk has for its industrial series a 3000 (full) write/read cycles warranty, I assume that is for the consumer line a lot less, perhaps 10 to 20% of 3000 cycles.
Which they cover with "lifetime" warranty. (Good luck with the thermopaperbills ;-)

But still, they are cheap, these days. Buying a new one, every now and then, for special trips/flights, can't be too wrong!

32G, ordering a new one seems to be the best option

Yeah, I used to bench like that for years back when all we had was 10k velociraptors but then it gets kind of pointless to bench as there really isn't anything we can do after we know the data.

Any SD card performing too slow should be marked with a permanent "S" for slow and never used for 4k again. Probably fine for HD applications

Well I haven't had a Samsung fail yet, and the speeds are as advertised.  Everything has an End of Life.
But I would say personal opinion that Samsung are better and more reliable than sandisk
