Hi!So I turn on the grip and gimbal but there is no "dinng" sound and motors are not turning on. Turned it on-off for gazillion times and got it to work. But the next time they didn' t respond again. Mobile app is connecting, tried to restore gimbal setup but nothing changed. Tried updating the firmware but ran into a problem again (failed update "device Gimbal(3) is not connected").

Have shoots coming up and it' s frustrating..

Any solutions?

Hi there, sorry for the troubles with the motor, could you please provide us the serial number of your Ronin-S and export the logs of the firmware for further analysis?
Windows: C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\DJI Assistant 2\RONIN\log
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin⁩ /⁨Contents⁩/⁨DJIApp
