May 8th i created a service request for my new Mavic Pro Platinum.   Camera/gimble was messing up.  Sent it in...two days after recieving it, it is fixed and ready to be sent back.  The gimbel axis arm module was bad.  DJI warrenteed it for me too.  They could have said anything was wrong with it and charged me.  But they didn't.   They stood behind their product.  I love that.  I also have recieved constant updates on its progress.   Outstanding.
