Hyperlapse on the camera only delivers 1080p video, no option to save original jpegs ( not to mention raw files). Also in hyperlapse the minimum shutter is 1/30th and unless the software applies some sort of motion blur this is still too fast, let us slow down the shutter to like 0.5" at least for the natural motion blur.
On another note no update on RAW files in timelapse, motion timelapse, I mean .... heck, extend the minimum interval between photos, but allow us to choose to save DNG or not make a 1080p at the save time, should save on write speed and maintain current minimum interval time, no ?
This little thing has huge potential yet it feels like it's being crippled a bit by software. Has Canon been silently investing in DJI and sneaking in the Canon cripple hammer into the developers office ? |
