hello to all dji Admin .


first i would like to say that i love the dji stuff , i have a lot of drone for couple of years .

i hade a proble with my battery end the drone drop in a small river !!

i send it to holland ( i'm from france ) they give me only a reduction of 15 % , because the damage is water

pls i would like to have help from Dji support .

first i want to excuse my self but its allot of money , end its the first time i send a drone to repair never have a probleme with any drone from dji ( the best ) .

pls hepl me .

Hello To all ,

i want to say one small thing , thx to the support of Dji , it's important to know that the company listen .

my problem was also my fault after a good look .

but they are very professional end also care about the custumer so a big thx .

(No mate I did not receive a new drone at present , I paid the repair  ) .
