Completely agreed with you. DJI does not have any support. I only, once could get to talk with them, that is if you make your call at exactly 09:00 AM Pacific time when they open their line, because after that, forget it, you always get the same message all day long, 'We are sorry we are getting an exceptionally high volume of call please call back later.' and then they hang up. Once and only once I did get an answer when I called at exactly 09:00 AM Pacific, but the line was abruptly lost after 3 minutes. (strange line lost in 2015), As for opening a problem with them for a RMA or for any other matter, I have written to them 5 days ago, I am still waiting for an answer. On a scale of 0-10 for customer support, I give you a -0 That is minus 0.
