Hello,

Not sure if this has been mentioned before. I searched but couldn't find it. When I look at my flight log on my smart controller, it just constantly says "map loading" and never resolves. This happens when I'm connected to wifi, offline, etc. I've even downloaded offline maps for the area and still says map loading. Any way to resolve this?

Anybody? Any help would be useful

I have the same issue, since "forever"..... :-(

I've never gotten this working either. I've read, but not tested, that having your phone tethered before launching the app, and during the entire flight, will get it to work. Again, unverified.

same here, but only with android. With iOS no problem

Thanks michimue88. I was able to get it to sync through a workaround.

If I download all the flight logs on my iOS device they correctly identify the location. I then sync them again from the iOS device back to DJI, and then sync on the Smart Controller and the locations are updated. It's a poor user experience for sure... but it works.
