When taking picture/video sometimes on my phone screens appears black and white stripes but when looking at the picture/video taken i can not see the stripes just very bright area where the stripes appear. how can i avoid it?

Hello, please check if you had enabled the overexposed on DJI Mimo app, if so, you can disable it. Please connect the unit and DJI Mimo, then tap … on the lower left, and then disable overexposed. See if this helps.
