Brand New, Newly Installed Windows 10 Professional. DJI Simulator STILL does'nt see my Mavic 2 Zoom RC.

I sure as hell am not going to pay $1500 for the full version if can't even get the Trial Version to work...

Hello and good day. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the DJI Flight Simulator.  Please make sure that your system is running on a 64 bit rate. Because, as of the moment the DJI Flight Simulator runs on a 64 bit rate platform. In addition you may refer to this for more information about installing your DJI Flight Simulator. Just remember some tips before installing the DJI Flight Simulator.

System requirements for the DJI Flight Simulator

Minimum System requirements: Processor: G4560; Graphics: GTX 1050 Ti; Memory: 16GB RAM; HDD: 80GB Free

Recommended System requirements: Processor: i5-6400; Graphics: GTX 1060 or GTX 1070; Memory: 16GB RAM; HDD: SSD+80GB Free

Optimal System requirements: Processor: i7-7700; Graphics: GTX 1080 Ti; Memory: 32GB RAM; HDD: SSD+80GB Free

All check, DJI Flight Simulator runs fine, just doesn't see the RC, I was running W7-64, I went out and got Windows 10 Professional 64-bit just to try to get it to work..More money wasted
Some actual help would be nice.

Does the DJI assistant 2 recognize the remote? If not you may have a USB driver issue.
