Recently bought the Osmo Mobile 2 but I am getting a lot of white noise on the audio. I have an iPhone 6s and the phone is correctly balanced on the gimbal. The noise is present if the end of the phone is resting on the silicone end piece or if it is slightly away from the end. I have tried recording using the iPhones own camera app but with the phone still mounted on the Osmo Mobile 2 and then there is no interference which makes me think the problem is with the DJI Go app or with the bluetooth connection.
Additionally, my son does not have any issues when using his iPhone x with the DJI Go app on this same Osmo Mobile 2. His videos and sound are perfect so this then points to the problem not being in the firmware.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to send the unit back as I don't think the problem is with the Osmo but otherwise I'm stumped.
