For the 3rd time within 6 month my drone has to be repaired because of malfunctions with the gimball.
Have any of you had the same issues and received terrible service from DJI?
There one and only reply is: 'You need to send it in so we can repair it´.

What issues did you have?
The reaction I can understand... they won't go to the houses of all their customers to assess the damage, would you?
It has been 3 several issues.
Flicking movement, unable to focus and now the gimbal keeps turning.
If it´s the 3rd time within 6 month I would provide a different service than DJI.
I am a travel blogger and 100% depending on my equiptment to work.
