Hello i just wanted to update my DJI Ronin S and i get this bug that says i can not load firmware list.I tryed on 2 PC and i got the latest drivers .Is there a solution on this ?

Hi Catic, sorry for the troubles on updating the firmware, please check the following steps to troubleshoot.
1. Is the DJI PRO Assistant for Ronin the latest version v2.0.2?
2. Will the Ronin-S be recognized by the DJI PRO Assistant?
3. Please unplug the Type-C cable and reboot the device, refresh again when the Ronin-S is powering on.
If the issue persists, please export the logs for further analysis, thank you.

Thanks for the log, it seems there is a network error, did you try with another network? May I have the serial number of your Ronin-S? Could you please try to turn off the firewall in your computer to try again?

I try it doesnt work . I try on 2 ronin-s and on 3 PC it is the same error . Serial number of my Ronin-s is  : 0EMDF8800D00N5

Hi everyone, I´m having problems with firmware update of Ronin S, in the app, about, firmware shows N/A, and there is no way to know which version I have, and not updates available, then I can´t connect Sony Alpha 7 III whit the focus controller wheel, any solution?? I exported the  ui_ass2.log if this helps

I had the same "Cannot Load Firmware" issue. It appears it's an issue with certain network connections... I was able to solve it on the Mac by simply connecting to my iPhone's 3G connection as a Personal Hotspot instead of my home wifi. Go figure.
