I can not download the files by connecting the osmo pocket to my iphone X, the application enters and exits constantly. I have reinstalled and the first time it works well, but when I enter and leave again, the same thing happens to me.

Here you can see the problem:

there are too many files in ur sd card, plz wait longer since it is "obtaining file list"

we are optimizing this issue and will get it solved in future update.

Thanks for your reply, but it closes automatically, I do not close it or anything. He goes to the main menu without me touching anything.  I have 200 Gigabytes of free space on the iPhone X (total capacity 256GB).
