Hi,
my Mavic Air is no longer able to produce panoramic photos.
The exposure between the stiched photos is completely wrong, so for example you find a bright photo next to a dark one, and the result is obviously unusable.

The problem started just after Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom were released. I contacted DJI for the problem and the answer was that they knew about the problem and that it will be fixed in next update.

Now, my Mavic Air is updated to the last firmware, but the problem is still there. I can't take pano photos, and doing panoramas was my main subject for buyng the drone.

Today, the answer i did get from Carl (DJI Support) is:

"Our software engineer advises to fixing the photos with other software, PS or LR"

Are you f*ckin kidding me?
No, seriously, what kind of answer is it?

I want my money back, more that 1000  were spent for this drone on the day it was released and after 6/7 months I was not able to do what i paid for.

I've never found the in app panoramas usable as you get so many stitching errors, IMO your best bet is to use manual exposure and stitch yourself.

If it's suddenly stopped working then you could try rolling the firmware back

I always use DJI media maker for stitching panos

I've never had problem in panorama photos before (I have printed several of them too), from one day it just seems that the drone is not able to do it anymore.
Manual or Auto exposure make no difference, they are wrong in both options

Try doing a full factory reset of the drone and going back to the original Firmware.

Is it possible? Is there a procedure?

Same results in manual or auto mode

Try following this video. He uses the Spark but its the same process for all the drones.

Oh.
I have to admit, I only use the 360 panorama option. (because I can't make a 360 pano by hand)

The 'normal' panorama's I make myself using AEB mode to get more dynamic range, so I'm not sure how my MP is doing.

Have to say, that I had mix results with my MA from day one, even before any new Mavics was released. Some images was stitched very well, others looked like yours.
(it seems as if you used auto exposure, which would then give you very different exposures for most of the shots, in changing conditions.)

To be fair, it is not easy to get the exposures correct with pano,s, in the best of circumstances, and it gets worse with drones, that fly high and have more sunlight and changing exposures to work with.
Agree with all the above, for the best quality, do it by hand.
