Quebec City Drone Flight: Québec City sits on the Saint Lawrence River in Canadas mostly French-speaking Québec province. Dating to 1608, it has a fortified colonial core, Vieux-Québec and Place Royale, with stone buildings and narrow streets. This area is the site of the towering Château Frontenac Hotel and imposing Citadelle of Québec. The Petit Champlain districts cobblestone streets are lined with bistros and boutiques. Québec Citys famous winter events include Carnaval de Québec, with snow sculptures, sleigh rides and ice skating. Every new year brings the return of the iconic Hôtel de Glace, a temporary venue made entirely of ice and snow, with themed suites, a bar and a chapel. Among the citys cultural institutions is the Musée de la civilisation, a modern, interactive museum focused on culture and society. The Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec has a collection of fine art. The citys historic harbor district, Vieux-Port, is known for its vibrant nightlife. [wikipedia // Google]
