We're sorry that it is not available to check whether the drone is refurbished or not. Also, according to the current policy, the warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, If you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the production date that shows on the product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and DJI. Hope for your understanding.

Hi Mindy this is  my drone i sent in for repair and i payed the 223 dollars to repair it because it was out of warranty and being such a small repair it was worth it. The reason i am asking for information is  the shipping receipt from dji shows the new number 07D3G3R002J045 which means they replaced the drone that is why i’m trying to find out if it is new or refurbished. Because that makes no sense to replace for such a small repair. And you say that that information is not available but in 2018  when my last drone was replaced you and dji thor were able to let me know it was new  and not refurbished and you gave me the activation date also. The products and components presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. These refurbished goods have been tested and are similar to brand new goods in function and appearance. We are unable to check if it is new or refurbished, but the shipped drone must have been tested, may I know if there is any problem with it?

Hi there, upon checking the serial number, the drone has not been activated. But it is a CN version, I see you are from the UK, please note we do not provide the global warranty, customers can obtain warranty service only at a designated DJI repair center in the region where he/she purchased the product.
