I have new mavic got it as a present. I fight it for rhe 3 times for few minutes without problems, but yesterday I use it for mor than 30 minutes, so I used the other battery for the first time, whst happened later was rrally scary,  the apps showed this:

max power load reached   in red color,  so I start to landing, but it land very fast lost the power and can't slow down, u save it hardly by holding it by hand. What shall I do, now I afraid to fly again, I don't want to lose it or hurt any. Please advice. By the way I live in Berlin.   And the serial is: 1WGDH1K1126W81

Hi there, sorry for the difficulties with the drone, The flight controller detects the working condition of the propulsion system in real time. The warning will prompt up if it is detected that there is large air resistance (such as strong wind) when the aircraft is hovering or when the battery level is low. When the warning appears, it means that the current environment and battery power are not suitable for the flight. Please land the aircraft as soon as possible, and then change the battery or choose to fly the aircraft in a windless environment.

it is recommended to check the propellers first to see whether they are damaged or out of shape. Did you attach propeller guards? What was the temperature out there? What was the flight mode?
The recommended operating temperature range is 0° to 40°C (32° to 104°F).
Please fully charge the battery and have a try in breezeless day.

If the drone was replaced due to product issue, it is possible to transfer the DJI Care Refresh, please email to djicare@dji.com with the old and new serial number of the drone and the proof of the replacement as well, the team will help you out.
