This is, in a word: LAME.

Every time you guys restructure the forums (this isn't the first), it gets simpler, flatter, and less useful.

It sounds like a cost-savings thing on your part to make it easier on your employees to manage the flow of forum support. But you're doing it at the expense of the user experience out here.

Soon, people will just not come here and you will be saving a BUNCH of cost at that point, but the DJI support story will be lesser for it.

The bigger you guys get, the more you cheap out.
