Thank you Nilanjan! I took a bunch of photos through the day and found out that 5 p.m in this location is the most acceptable combination of sun light angle and "clearnees' of water. Sun is behind my back and just perfect illuminates the sea from beneath. So in this case you don't need any filters.
On the image below you can see the same spot at 12 a.m. Just awful
