I always set my exposure manually as often recommended in this forum.  And I find that selecting Sunny seems to work best, even when cloudy.  When I select Cloudy on an overcast day, it always seems to give me a greenish tint to both vids and pics.  Has anyone else noticed this???

You are talking about the color balance and not the exposure right?

Sunny will cool the white balance making the image bluer whilst cloudy will warm the white balance making it have a more reddish tint. You can also control the white balance more effectively using the custom Kelvin scale.

You can select whatever setting gives you the look you want. Just don't select Auto because it can shift during recording giving you varying looks which would be annoying and distracting.

I use manual settings and I go strictly by the book: Sunlight setting on sunny days, Cloudy setting on cloudy days. I can't say I've noticed a greenish tint in the Cloudy setting. It looks as normal to me as the other white balances. Using the Sunlight setting when it's overcast looks too cold to me.
