Hello.
My new DJI Spark flew away. I was flown in SportMode and didnt saw it anymore. So I decided to turn it. In this second i lost the connection to the spark. I tried many things (Lost my Drone....). But i cant find it. Please help me.

Im only 16 and spend my hole money for this drone. Im crying.

Please help me!!

Since this issue happened I would recommend you contact our support team to start up a ticket for the said drone at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav . We have the professional team who would do their best to find out the reason of the said incident and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Please note that DJI will not perform data analysis for cases occurring after the expiry of the warranty period; otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank for your support.

Please locate and upload the flight logs like described here:

If it was a real flyaway, you have a good chance to get your Spark replaced.

You can also open a case with DJI (https://www.dji.com/de/support?site=brandsite&from=nav)
