Does anyone know if Sharpness artificially sharpness like nuts at night?

I think the image is worse than it used to be.. but the only difference was I'm on +3 Sharpness instead of 0 or +1..  During the day there is no artificial sharpening.

Its called noise, low light induces higher ISO, higher ISO produces more noise, nothing to do with sharpening
