My repair Case No. is CAS-3081532-S9V1C4
Just received the quote that charges me $245.00 to repair for the malfunctioning because of the Firmware Update.
The controller has never been dropped and damaged. I can't pay the quote amount.
This issues are very well known from other users according to the DJI forum and DJI should not handle these issues in this way.

I totally understand all the electronic products have a certain warranty period. However, what I don't understand is that other electronic products cost around $1,000.00 do not go malfunctioning while it is firmware upgrading and they don't manage this kind of very well-known their Software issues in unprofessional way like DJI does.

Is this how DJI makes profit?
Having customers upgrade the systems and make them not working.
Once the customer asks for the repair, you charge the repair cost.
