My new Phantom 4 Advanced+ will not fly higher than 30 meter and beyond 50 meter distance. Of course, I disable the Beginner's mode. Sadly, I am not from the US and cannot claim warranty since DJI does NOT provide gobal warranty. After a few days of talking with them, the problem remains unresolved. Any suggestion guys?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would recommend trying to log-out and re-login your DJI Go 4 account to see if there will be changes. If the problem persists, you could refresh the firmware into the latest version of your aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2 then re-link the remote controller to the aircraft. You may re-calibrate the IMU and compass of your drone to see if there will be changes. For additional information, kindly ensure that the firmware is updated, including the DJI GO 4 app and you're not flying to any restricted zones.
