Hi,

I resently saw that my controller did not charge.
When I gently poked on the contact the display came on and it says charging.
The contact snaps in correctly into the controller.

Is this a known issue? what to do?

Hi and good day Andersus, sorry for all trouble that it caused you. I would recommend changing the cable so that we can isolate the issue. May I know what happen prior to the issue?
