Hello and good day G_Sig. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. It seems that there is a jello effect on the video that you have captured. Kindly please try the following troubleshooting methods to see if the issue on the said video will still persist. First, please check whether the gimbal clamp has been removed. Second, please check whether the video was recorded at a place where winds were strong. The jello effect may occur in the video shot in a place where winds are strong. Third, check whether the vibration absorbers are damaged and check whether the propellers are damaged. Finally please calibrate the IMU and gimbal as well. Thank you. |
