Like the title, how does the product shows under your avator?
I have a Mavic air

For your product to show you need to activate that product against your DJI account when you first use it (the product).
If it's been previously owned and activated by somebody else then nothing will appear.

Also if you have activated a product it can take a short time to show against your account, you may need to log out of and then back into your account for it to show.

Second hand will not show - brand new ones will when activated against your DJI profile/account

For your Mavic Air to have appeared under your profile here in DJI forum, the email should be the same that you've used to activate your Mavic Air and to register here in DJI Forum.
