I think I would find it very difficult to keep VLOS, wouldn't know which of the two to control ;-)
So a definite no-no for me.

Big enough to make it an effective deterrent maybe :-)

Because it says 'up to' then presumably the fines would be proportionate to the considered level of the offence. I wonder if the limits would be the same as for their car drivers ?

In the US, for 107 folks anyway, it's 8 hours before you can fly even if you only took a single sip.
