good day

I have a brand new never flown m600pro   when i plug it into to dji assitant 2 i only see the lightbridge  icon, no m600.  i did firmware upgrade for light bridge.  When i power it up and connect to app i dont get m600 just light bridge and it tells me aircraft disconnected.  

Not sure what i am missing, i just dont get the option to enter the m600.  i have deleted and reinstalled dji assiant deleeted and reinstall dji go

Anyone have any ideas, i have a job i need it for next week,  any help would be greatly appreaceated.

yes i do have the correct assistant version

I have the same issues with all the A3 based drones, M600 and WIND series.
Try another USB port, that works for me most of the times

Try another computer, Mac or PC and do again

Hi Bkay1, sorry for the late response, what is the system version of your computer? Please double check the USB connection between the aircraft and the computer, and the driver on your computer. If the issue persists, please try another Micro USB cable or computer. Thank you.

Can you help me? My controller is detecting as A3 on DJI Go and no longer as Matrice 600 Pro. Have you ever been through this?

Ever a solution to this?  Bump 12-4-2020.
