Hi

I've have had my DJI OSMO Mobile 2 for over a year and I have not gotten an firmware update. It is still running 2.00.00.15. When I click on check for update under the app settings it says "Failed to obtain Firmware update information". I have used it with a Nokia 7 Plus, Hauwei Mate 10 Pro, Samsung S8 and a Hauwei P20 Lite - none of the apps has offered an update. Running latest app version 3.1.52 10 June 2019


The gimbal works okay with the app and I can use all the functions available to me but the stablisation is not great once I start walking.

Any help or advice on how to update would be appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. Based on our Released Notes for the Osmo Pocket, the latest firmware version should be v2.2.0.30 that has been released on 2018/04/16. I would like to ask if your phone was connected to the internet when checking the firmware version? For reference of the firmware version, please see the link below.
