Hi,

There are already some topics, but I can't find a solution.
I have downloaded the lastet DJI Assisation for Mavic 2 Pro and would like to export the flight logs.
I'm using Windows 10 - AntiVirus is disabled, but I still always the error Faild to get the log list - If I connect the controller, I will get Log export failed.

Any ideas?

I opened a ticket, but after a completely needles reply, I ignored the ticket.
So I have also still the problem.
