Hello DJI,
We own a DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual which was working fine untill recently (before update). Last week we updated pilot app to version 1.4.0 after which we are unable to get image transmission feed on the connected screen (Samsung Android Mobile Phone).
We did performed the following chcek still the issue was not resolved
- Remote controller is linked with the aircraft normally.
- Gimbal and camera performed a self-check normally after powering-on.
- This issue occurs after the firmware update. The remote controller firmware and the aircraft firmware have been updated successfully.
- We downgraded everything (Drone, Remote Controller and pilot app) to previous versions, but it did not work even with the previous versions
We have attached herewith the screenshot of the pilot app after connecting the drone. In the checklist it shows gimbal status as N/A.
