Hi there,

I bought an used Inspire 1 with Zenmuse X3 and X5. The X5 works perfectly. I can record to SD card and see the video on my Android (Huawei P20).
However, I can't get the X3 to work. The camera functions; when I press record it will record to the SD card. But there is no live video on my phone.
When I rotate the camera the histogram changes, so something is happening. Also tried an iPad, also without any luck.

I tried to update the firmware, but it keeps failing.

Current versions:

App 3.1.52  
Aircraft 1.11.01.50
Camera (X3) 1.10.01.40
Camera (X5) 1.11.1.50
Remote 1.7.80

Tried several times to update the X3 to 1.11.1.50 and also to reload he 1.10.01.40 version, but it doesn't work.

Searched the forum. Found similar problems, but no one posting a solution.

There is another LOG file available on the SD card

I recently had the same problem with my X5 and that log file showed the following entries

[00025490][08 00][00] device not detected.
[00050911][15 00][00] device not detected.

The only solution was to send the X5 for repair for a cost of about $300

That price was OK as the X5 is quite expensive. I am not sure it is worth to repair the X3 for that kind of money
