I bought my Mavic Mini but cannot install the fly app in my Samsung 10s phone. It will run the install 3/4 of the way then stop with a message that installation was incomplete. Downloaded the app several times with the same results...HELP anyone...

I had to move the intall file to my sd card instead of the device syorage and ig finaly installed from there

Go to dji.com and find some instructions videos on the djimodel you have. I am assuming it is the mini 2 because that's what I have and I searched for weeks to finally find the right app to download on my note 10 phone. Anyways search in the videos but make sure it's the right model. It took me 10 minutes of just exploring the different videos to finally find the right download. Good luck!

The new European regulation should be added here: https://www.easa.europa.eu/domains/civil-drones-rpas Hopping DJI will certificate their smaller drones as soon as possible to make it perfectly legal to fly in Europe. It would be cool if the legacy drones could also be included.

Good afternoon, I wanted to see or clarify, I have the Matrice 300RTK and we bought the zenmuse XT2 camera but when trying to do a mapping the payload does not appear in the dji pilot 2 options, and additionally I have updated the firmware 2 times and every so often time when I make any change in the control it gets stuck and stops receiving commands and I have to restart the drone, my doubts were if it is a normal behavior of that camera together with the m300 and if in fact it was possible to do mapping with that camera

(1) Please clear the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended). Hard restart the mobile phone.
(2) Check the App version, if the app is not the latest version, then it is recommended to update the app to the latest version.
(3) Download from the official website.

If the issue persists, please provide the following information for us to further check:

(1) App version, aircraft model, and relative firmware version.
(2) The mobile device model and system version.
(3)What is the operation that caused the crash? Please provide an abnormal screen recording.
(4) Provide the time when the crash occurred (to locate the log).
(5) Exported crash log.
(6) Please export the bug report.
