So my RONIN-S came in recently. I fully charged it and afterwards I started setting it up for use and even updated it to the latest firmware DJI offered as of 06/22/19. When I shut down the gimble, I noticed the battery grip was still on. I followed the instructions on the sticker and even looked up other answers within other related forums but not has worked for it to shut off. Should I return the product or is there a solution for this?

*The 4 green lights do not flicker at all despite pressing the button sequences or even pressing the button at all!

I am facing the same issue. Please let me know if you find a solution.
