Hey Jan,thanks for joining us. Do you mean no image transmission and no battery capacity in Tello APP? If yes, kindly try the steps below :
1. In the setting section, make sure the app is allowed to access WLAN and mobile data settings.
2. Check if other mobile devices that have been connected to the aircraft are automatically connected to the aircraft's Wi-Fi. It is recommended to forget the aircraft Wi-Fi in another mobile device
3. Reset the aircraft's Wi-Fi :
Step 1: Cool the drone first.
Step 2: Power it on and wait until it flashes yellow light quickly.
Step 3: Hold the power button for about 5 to 8S until the led goes off [ Gotta release it as soon as the led turns off ]
Step 4: Once succeed, the drone would reboot automatically.
Step 5: Find wifi called " Tello - xxxxxx", then check if still having trouble to hook it. |
