Hi All,
Anyone have any issues with batteries being "dead" right out of the box?  I purchased a Mavic Air Fly More kit from Best Buy and one of the (3) batteries was completely dead (will not power on or charge).  I contacted DJI and was told to send it to them for analysis.  Now they want me to buy a new battery as they stated its not covered under warranty.  Not sure what kind of operation they are running, but this is the most ridiculouse thing I've ever encountered.  I'd return to Best Buy but they want a 15% restocking fee.

Thoughts/Suggestions?
