I purchased new the M2ED. At no point after picking the pilot app on my crystal sky does it ask me to activate. It opens to a black screen with some of the commands and a message in yellow that state to activate the device. I also noticed in the settings of the pilot app under gimble it lost n/a. It had no problem installing the firmware updates so the connection seems fine.

Please help So I don't have to send this thing back to dronenerds.com
