hope your staying cool out there... The Osmo Pocket is a great little camera, however, I found that this one thing could turn into a problem. Luckily there is a solution

This is about the PolarPro Cinema Grip which someone already mentioned recently.  There are of course a whole load of similar devices on the market - they each have their pros and cons - at a glance, the grip on this one looks handy, and it has a tripod socket beneath the phone and beneath the Pocket, and also above the phone - but other designs have a cold shoe above the phone which some might prefer.

The Osmo Action without doubt. I use the Pocket for planned shots, however for everything else the Action is my go to cam. This way I don't need to worry about water, battery (I can carry an extra one if needed), or even planing the shots because the wide lens captures pretty much everything.
