I am on the latest firmware for goggles, controller, and aircraft. I have followed the video for connecting exactly. These are brand new goggles. I cannot connect no matter how many times I try. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

I'm having that same problem. I downloaded the latest firmware in Assistant 2, ending in 0500 (not 0600). I installed it on the googles. The goggles are on.   I press the little button my Mavic Pro 2 Zoom chassis, and the green turns red. My controller is connected, the drone is on. I select link in the goggles' toolbox menu. I've tried it both with Mavic Pro and Mavic II. There's a countdown, and nothing happens.

Is there a specific order that needs to be followed? What am I leaving out or doing wrong?

When I turned everything on in the proper order, the goggles connected: 1. controller 2. drone (battery) 3. goggles. Then select Mavic II for the Pro 2. It should work.
