Hi,

My drone crashed. After activating tripod mode, there was a prompt of weak GPS then when it went back to normal, I cannot control the drone anymore. I saw "Antenna Failure" in the controller. Not exactly sure of the actual words were but sort of antenna failure or atenna ring failure then my screen went blank and the drone went in the water.

Before flight, BATT ERR was written on my controller. So I changed to a new battery and everything went well, no errors after that then the crash happened.

Is there a way of reviewing the errors that prompted my controller before the drone crashed? I tried uploading my flight log but it did not say anything about the antenna failure message I saw on my controller.

I tried uploading the flight log here but I cannot attach the file. Any idea how to attach the .txt file?

I hope someone can help/explain what happened.

Hi, I emailed them they asked for my SN but I have not received any feedback after that.

Can I post my flight log here and can someone help me out. The last recording shows that the drone was going up. I do not understand why it stopped recording and why app data showed landing during this time. How can the video be going up and app data show landing at the same time.

After the drone went up video was cut, it did not show the drone falling in the water.
