Hello everybody,  yesterday a firmware update on my mavic pro went awry and now i have some problems:  no connection usb and pc no connection controller red light shines permanently  What can I do? send in right away?  thank you in advance

Hi there, sorry for the troubles with the drone, did you try to connect with another computer to see if the drone can be recognized and refresh the firmware? If there is no luck, I'm afraid the drone will need to be sent in for the evaluation, please start a ticket here: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
