While updating my Phantom 4 firmware with Samsung android tablet, process stuck at %99.

After that I try to update firmware via PC. But DJI Assistant 2 could not determinate firmware version. Also try with an iphone but nothing change.

Now i can not upgrade or downgrade my P4 firmware. RC linked with P4. Gimbal movement works. I can start / stop motors but not recive video transmission.

What should i do for make P4 work as before?

hi  all i have same problem  now in p4  no picture  from camera and after check  see unknown   firmware   and stuck 99%  and no ip from p4 ftp

Hi,
I have the same exact problem but the installation of firmware was cancelled due to network connection error. After that it continued the installation but got stuck at 99%.
RC has the latest 1.9.3 version and my android phone (Honor8) says P4 has the latest firmware but don't give any version number but when connected to DJI Assistant 2 for Phantom it says V00.00.0000.
I can still fly the drone but camera went grey after the failed firmware update.

Same problem...  00.00.0000, no  image from camera , drone can fly. the led near the sd card flashing green red yellow!

hi  only way  to write dump to emmc in main board   need eng to do it  by isp pinout  i got it after remove emmc

hi  i remove emmc from  error p4   and read it  by programmer  and  write good file dump from working p4

If any consolation, I have the same issue - was getting network connection issues, went through but stuck at 99% now only get : Firmware V.00.00 0000 - flying brick, all works with no video.

Same cannot get it updated , and getting so many issues , no sd card  , overheat warning

We swap mainboard from a crashed and totaled same spec P4.

Nope. What you've shown is an ESC.
Misleading suggestion that does not help.

What App version is DJI Go on now for the Phantom 4
