Can anyone help here.
Flying on the edge of an area; Self Unlocking available and selected.
Number entered; Code requested, and received...
So far so good.
Now.
Entry of code requires using the keyboard. Which I've done...

...AND THE VERIFY/ENTER BUTTON IS NOW COVERED BY THE KEYBOARD!!!!

Did somebody give their brain a day off here - or is there a magic button I can't find to close the keyboard so I can select Verify?

'Go' does nothing by the way - other than to then display the Emoji keyboard!

Can anybody help - Or; DJI were you aware of this issue?

I think you got this resolved but press the BACK physical button.

Hit the Go button.

I do think there should be an on-screen button here; from a UX perspective this is where you would look for this and within the context of the interface.

It is strange, for it shows "Done" on my end and I can click it to hide the keyboard. But you can try to click the icon in the first picture to change the input method and then click the drop-down icon in the second picture.

I have kinda of a related question.  I am new to the Smart Controller but I do have a Phantom 4Pro+ with a similar built in controller.  With the SC I will somehow find myself in a full screen mode.  All I can see is the video feed.  I am not sure how I got there and I have been unsuccessful in getting the GO4 app back on the screen.  This has never happened with the Phantom Android controller.  How is this happening with the SC controller?  and what should be the steps to go to and return from a full screen video view?  Thanks

On a paying job  today with proper LAANC authorization in class E airspace, I fought with the keyboard blocking the verify button for 15 minutes before canceling the shoot. It was just like the OP's screen grab above. the verify button blocked.

How the hell do I get the keyboard out of the way???

The Go button  does not do anything, back button just deletes characters.

Yes , exactly I was suffering with the same issue.
the keyboard layout does not allow you to close the keyboard after you enter the input values  and  curtaning the other input sections,
until found out  I should long press on the "DONE" key then you can see option windows {next and back) which allows you to move to the other section.

As of 10.10.2020 - with current firmware / software updates...this problem still exist !  Thank you for posting this anomaly.  It was so frustrating to watch the seconds count down and being unable to hide the keyboard to press the VERIFY Button !  I just held my finger down on the screen to hide the keyboard ...
